These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of https://shop.linkaroapp.com and the purchase of services from Linkaro Inc ("Linkaro", "we", "us"). By creating an account or making a payment, you agree to these Terms.

2. Our services

We provide software and digital development services, including HRMS software, ERP software, custom software, website development and mobile app development. Each service page shows its price, currency and whether the amount is a one-time package or a project deposit. "Starting from" prices cover the initial package described on the page; additional features are quoted separately before any further payment.

3. Accounts

You need an account to pay. You must provide a valid email address, keep your password confidential and be at least 18 years old or have authority to act for your business. You are responsible for activity under your account.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed on each service. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we do not see or store your full card number. Your bank may ask you to complete additional verification (such as 3-D Secure). An order is confirmed only after the payment succeeds. You will receive a receipt by email.

5. Delivery of services

All services are delivered digitally. After payment we contact you by email within 2 business days to confirm requirements, scope and milestones. Delivery timelines are agreed in writing for each project. Software, source files, access credentials or deployments are delivered online; nothing is shipped physically.

6. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, content and timely feedback needed to complete the work, and not to use our services for any unlawful purpose.

7. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellations and refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

8. Intellectual property

Once the full agreed price is paid, you own the custom deliverables created specifically for you, except third-party components and our pre-existing tools, which are licensed to you for use with the delivered solution.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

10. Disputes

If you have a problem with a payment or service, please contact us first at the email above so we can resolve it quickly. These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Linkaro Inc is registered.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. The version on this page at the time of your payment applies to that payment.
